About Us
Octarine Learning Consultancy was founded in 2017 by Rafe Ball. Based in Surrey, Rafe is an experienced learning & development professional, and has developed, managed and delivered highly effective L&D projects and programs since 2005.
With a keen interest in digital learning, we use a range of tools to produce engaging and effective learning solutions, such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Vyond and Camtasia, and have worked with a variety of LMS and external learning content providers to build curated learning curricula to suit a wide range of needs.
Rafe holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, and is a member of the Association for Coaching. He is registered on the BPS RQTU and is qualified to deliver Saville Assessment Occupational Ability and Personality psychometric assessments, as well as Hogan HPI, HDS and MVPI.
